AquaEL TURBO MINI filter

The AquaEL Turbo Mini is a compact internal filter for freshwater aquariums from nano size up to 80 litres. The manufacturer designed it for shrimps and small fish.

It delivers 320 l/h at 4.4 W with a maximum head of 65 cm. A slider on the front of the head lets you reduce the flow so the water in a small tank does not swirl too much, and the directional tip lets you aim the current, for example at the glass. The aeration tube is connected to the outlet nozzle. The dense sponge cleans the water mechanically and is a surface for nitrifying bacteria; according to the manufacturer, it is dense enough for tanks with shrimps and small fish.

The filter attaches by a handle with a strong suction cup, and cleaning the sponge takes only a few dozen seconds. The Sprinkler and the Mini UV sterilizer can be added, and replacement sponges of different densities are available separately.
