Returns
- 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods, without giving a reason
- You are liable only for a loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning
- We reimburse standard postage for sending the goods back (up to €3.99 or €5.99, depending on the delivery method); for an exchange, delivery of the new item is free
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to live plants and other goods that deteriorate rapidly, or to goods sealed for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken
