All prices are in euros and include VAT. Product descriptions and photos are illustrative — the actual item may differ slightly from the image. Stock levels are updated regularly, but popular items may sell out before your order is processed. If an ordered product is running low or unavailable, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a refund.

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT (22%) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices. The price at the time of order is binding.

An order is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or there is a payment issue.

To place an order, we need your first and last name, shipping address (or parcel machine selection), phone number, and email address. We use your email to send order confirmation and delivery updates.

Registered users can save their details in advance and check out faster on future orders. Creating an account is optional — you can also order as a guest.

We accept payments via Montonio: bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop Pank, Luminor, etc.) and instalment plans. Payment is processed securely in the Montonio environment.

We deliver to Omniva and DPD parcel machines or by courier. Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free shipping from €50 order value (when applicable).

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods, opened hygiene products, or custom-made items.

4. We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, except for defective goods.

Defective goods: A-SCAPE OÜ covers the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged products. Please notify us as soon as possible and include photos where applicable.

Non-defective goods: when exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer bears the cost of returning the product. Returns must be completed within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice.

Refunds are transferred to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Products sold are covered by statutory warranty. If a product has a manufacturing or material defect, we will help resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or compensation in accordance with applicable law.

We accept claims within 2 years of purchase. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation. For questions, email: info@ascape.ee.
