AquaEL MAGIC ALGAE STOP

AquaEL Magic Algae Stop is an anti-algae filter sachet that fits any filter – internal, cascade or external. It holds back the green algae that turn water green and helps the water become clear again.

The sachet chemically binds phosphates, nitrites and nitrates, which algae feed on. According to the manufacturer, it does not harm fish, shrimps or higher plants. One pack is for an aquarium of up to 100 l and works for 6–8 weeks; for a larger tank use several packs or change them more often. The manufacturer notes that the effect can vary with the conditions in the aquarium.

Rinse the sachet thoroughly under running water before use and place it in the filter. After 6–8 weeks it is full of phosphate and may release it back into the water, so take it out and replace it with a new one.

The pack contains one sachet.
