According to Tropica, after two months in the aquarium the plant is on average 20–30 cm tall or more. The plant has a medium growth rate. Light demand is medium. CO2 demand is low. The plant comes from North America.
Prune regularly to encourage bushy growth. It has few demands, but with too little light the lower leaves tend to fall off; in strong light the colour deepens.
The plant is sold in a pot.
