Tropica Premium Nutrition

Tropica Premium Nutrition is an all-round liquid fertiliser for aquariums with many fish and few or slow-growing plants. It contains no nitrogen or phosphorus and gives the plants iron, magnesium and micronutrients.

According to the manufacturer, it contains 0.8 % potassium, 0.4 % magnesium, 0.9 % sulphur and 0.07 % iron, plus the micronutrients boron, copper, manganese, molybdenum and zinc. Pale leaves can point to a nutrient shortage, but also to poor growth.

The recommended dose is 6 ml per 50 litres of water per week, which is 3 pushes of the pump, as one push gives 2 ml. Add it once a week at the water change and adjust the dose to the plants' needs. Tropica recommends changing at least 25 % of the water every second week. Premium Nutrition is a fertiliser, not a remedy for dying plants.

Available in 125 ml, 300 ml, 750 ml and 3 l packs.
