AquaEL Turbo Filter

The AquaEL Turbo Filter is an internal filter that cleans and aerates aquarium water. Filtration has two stages – mechanical and biological – and the filter can be adapted to the aquarium's needs with AquaEL biological and chemical filter cartridges.

There are two models – Turbo 500 for aquariums up to 150 l (4.4 W, 500 l/h) and Turbo 1000 for aquariums of 150–250 l (11 W, 1000 l/h). The filter can run with the sponge only, the container only or the container plus sponge. Suitable cartridges include BioCeraMAX, ZeoMAX PLUS, CarboMAX PLUS, NitroMAX PRO and PhosMAX.

The filter attaches with four suction cups and an adjustable hanger to glass of different thickness; for aeration, an air hose with a valve connects to the hanger. The outlet direction turns within 75°.

The set includes a container for loose media (250 ml for the Turbo 500, 625 ml for the Turbo 1000), a starter filling of BioCeraMAX Pro 600, a sponge and installation accessories.
