An easy, reliable stem plant; planting 'Super Red' and 'Green' together in one group makes their colours set each other off. On Tropica's difficulty scale it is an easy plant (Easy).

According to Tropica, after two months in the aquarium the plant is on average 10–30 cm tall or more. The plant has a medium growth rate. Light demand is low. CO2 demand is low. It is a cultivar, a form bred in cultivation.

It readily forms side shoots, and trimming increases them so the plant becomes denser. Cut shoots root quickly when planted.

The plant is sold in a pot.
