Hygrophila polysperma 'Rosanervig' is a normally undemanding stem plant with pink, marbled leaves; the stems are 20–40 cm tall and 5–8 cm wide. The pale leaf ribs are probably caused by a virus that stops chlorophyll forming around them – according to Tropica it does not affect other plants in the aquarium. On Tropica's difficulty scale it is an easy plant (Easy).

Hygrophila polysperma 'Rosanervig' is a normally undemanding stem plant with pink, marbled leaves; the stems are 20–40 cm tall and 5–8 cm wide.
The pale leaf ribs are probably caused by a virus that stops chlorophyll forming around them – according to Tropica it does not affect other plants in the aquarium. On Tropica's difficulty scale it is an easy plant (Easy).
According to Tropica, after two months in the aquarium the plant is on average 20–30 cm tall or more. The plant has a medium growth rate. Light demand is low. CO2 demand is medium. It is a cultivar, a form bred in cultivation.
It may suddenly produce entirely green shoots – remove them to keep the pink marbled leaves. Deep-pink leaves need intensive light.
The plant is sold in a pot.
