Echinodorus 'Rosé' is a cross of Echinodorus horemanii 'Red' and Echinodorus horizontalis, first produced by Hans Barth in Dessau in 1986. It grows 25–40 cm tall with a rosette 15–25 cm wide. Undemanding and, according to Tropica, an excellent plant for beginners. On Tropica's difficulty scale it is an easy plant (Easy).

Echinodorus 'Rosé' is a cross of Echinodorus horemanii 'Red' and Echinodorus horizontalis, first produced by Hans Barth in Dessau in 1986. It grows 25–40 cm tall with a rosette 15–25 cm wide.
Undemanding and, according to Tropica, an excellent plant for beginners. On Tropica's difficulty scale it is an easy plant (Easy).
According to Tropica, after two months in the aquarium the plant is on average 20–30 cm tall or more. The plant has a medium growth rate. Light demand is low. CO2 demand is low. It is a cultivar, a form bred in cultivation.
New underwater leaves are pink, at first with red-brown spots. A nutritious substrate promotes growth.
Available in a pot and as a large XL mother plant.
