Description
Product overview
Transparent prefilter for an existing external filter system. Connected in the hose line before the main filter, it traps mechanical dirt and extends the time between main filter cleanings. Thanks to the fully transparent housing you can check the condition of the media at any time without opening the filter. It comes with sponges in three grades for mechanical filtration and as a home for beneficial bacteria, plus bioballs as biological media. Four lever clips press the lid firmly onto the seal. The hose connectors have taps that shut off the flow and can be detached together with the filled hoses for maintenance.
- for external filters with 250–2500 l/h
- hose connectors 16/22 mm
- EW-602: 1.6 l, 27 x 12 x 12 cm
