Aquaforest Water Conditioner is a water treatment for freshwater aquariums that instantly prepares tap water for use in the tank. Vitamins and a protective colloid are added to the formula.
It is intended for freshwater aquariums with fish and plants.
According to the manufacturer, the conditioner reduces chlorine, which is harmful to fish, and binds and neutralises heavy metals. Water-soluble compounds such as iron become bioavailable to plants. According to the manufacturer, the protective colloid replaces the natural mucus of fish, which is often damaged during transport. The formula also contains a specially selected composition of B vitamins.
The manufacturer recommends 10 ml of conditioner per 100 l of tap water at every water change, when setting up a new tank and when transporting fish. Keep the bottle tightly closed at room temperature and protected from sunlight.
Available in 500 ml and 2000 ml packs.
