AquaEL Unifilter UV Power

The AquaEL Unifilter UV Power is an internal filter that cleans, aerates and sterilises aquarium water. A UV-C LED module in the rotor chamber destroys algae, bacteria and other pathogens. It suits fresh and salt water and also aquaterrariums with a low water level.

There are two models – Unifilter 750 (200–300 l, 9 W, 750 l/h) and Unifilter 1000 (250–350 l, 11.9 W, 1000 l/h). Both have two sponge cartridges for mechanical and biological filtration. Only filtered water passes through the UV nozzle, so according to the manufacturer it is safe for fish and beneficial bacteria. The UV-C LEDs can be switched on and off independently of the filter.

The flow direction and rate can be adjusted within 90°. Clean the two sponges alternately to keep the nitrifying bacteria. Clean the rotor chamber and the LED lenses regularly without detergents.

The Unifilter 1000 comes with an extra media container filled with BioCeraMAX 600.
