Tetra CO2 Optimat CO2 Set

Tetra CO2 Optimat is a compact, ready-to-use set for intensive CO2 fertilisation of aquarium plants.

It is made for smaller planted aquariums of up to 130 l. According to the manufacturer CO2 stimulates the plants' photosynthesis.

According to the manufacturer one set is enough for about 50 doses. CO2 is dosed at the push of a button. Two doses a day give a CO2 content of 5–15 mg/l according to the manufacturer. When the preparation runs out, the set can be kept in use with the Tetra CO2 Optimat Refill bottle.

Fix the diffusion tube with membrane to the aquarium glass with the suction cups and connect it to the preparation bottle with the connecting tube. Dose twice a day and check the CO2 content with a water test.

The set includes the Tetra CO2 Optimat preparation, a diffusion tube with membrane, a clamping ring, a connecting tube, suction cups and product information.
