Description

Product overview

The CO2Art Pro-Elite Series V2 is a dual-stage CO2 regulator for planted aquariums with a built-in 12 V DC solenoid valve. According to the manufacturer, it suits aquariums of 5–5000 litres. The W21.8×14 thread (BS341 / DIN477) is the European standard for CO2 cylinders.

Key benefits

  • The dual-stage design keeps the output pressure steady even as the cylinder empties.
  • Two stainless steel gauges show the cylinder contents and the working pressure, and the built-in needle valve lets you set the CO2 flow precisely.
  • With the extendable manifold block, one regulator can supply several aquariums or diffusers.
Full description

The CO2Art Pro-Elite Series V2 is a dual-stage CO2 regulator for planted aquariums with a built-in 12 V DC solenoid valve.

According to the manufacturer, it suits aquariums of 5–5000 litres. The W21.8×14 thread (BS341 / DIN477) is the European standard for CO2 cylinders.

The dual-stage design keeps the output pressure steady even as the cylinder empties. The working pressure is adjustable up to 5 bar. Two stainless steel gauges show the cylinder contents and the working pressure, and the built-in needle valve lets you set the CO2 flow precisely. With the extendable manifold block, one regulator can supply several aquariums or diffusers.

Place the washer between the cylinder outlet and the regulator stem, tighten the regulator onto the cylinder with a spanner, open the cylinder valve and set the working pressure with the front knob. The manufacturer suggests 10–20 PSI for reactors, 20–30 PSI for ceramic diffusers and 30–40 PSI for high-pressure diffusers. After every installation, check the connections for leaks.
