The CO2Art IO Diffuser Acrylic Series is an in-tank CO2 diffuser with an acrylic body, whose porous ceramic membrane releases CO2 into the water as very fine bubbles. According to the manufacturer, this large version is for aquariums above 150 litres. For aquariums below 150 l there is a small version.

The clear acrylic body stays discreet in the tank. The membrane is easy to take out and replace. A replacement membrane is sold separately.
Soak the diffuser in water for at least 2 hours before pressurising and start at about 2 bar on the regulator. Connect it with CO2-resistant tubing. The bubbles are larger at first, because over 24 hours all the pores of the ceramic fill with water and the bubbles get smaller.
The set includes the diffuser, suction cups for mounting on the glass and a check valve.
Items come from the supplier's warehouse (supplier 5–10 plus carrier 1–3 business days).
