UST-M RO3 Aquarium Reverse Osmosis Filter 75 GPD with DI Cartridge

The UST-M RO3 75 GPD + DI is a 4-stage aquarium reverse osmosis filter: after two pre-filters and the osmosis membrane comes a demineralising (DI) cartridge. According to the supplier, the system removes 95–98 % of the organic and inorganic substances dissolved in tap water without chemical reagents.

The filter is meant for marine and freshwater aquariums. Osmosis water keeps compounds that encourage diatoms and algae, and pesticide residues, out of the aquarium.

The first stages are the WPL2 sediment filter and the WWL2 carbon filter, followed by the osmosis module with a 75 GPD membrane and the DI cartridge. The connections use quick connectors with additional locking clips. A cartridge is changed by simply unplugging it. The pre-filter labels give a maximum pressure of 125 psi.

The set contains the parts needed for installation and a manual in Polish; according to the supplier, installation takes about 15 minutes.
