UST-M RO3 Aquarium Reverse Osmosis Filter 75 GPD

The UST-M RO3 is an aquarium reverse osmosis filter with a 75 GPD membrane that turns tap water into soft, purified water for the aquarium. According to the supplier, it removes nitrates, nitrites, chlorine and many other impurities.

The filter is meant for aquarists who prepare their aquarium water themselves. It is a simple system without a storage tank and without a pump that runs on mains water pressure.

Water first passes two pre-filters, a sediment filter and a carbon filter, and then the 75 GPD osmosis membrane. All connections use quick connectors with additional locking clips. The in-line cartridges have quick-connect outlets, so a cartridge is changed by simply unplugging it. The pre-filter labels give a maximum pressure of 125 psi.

The filter is a complete unit, ready to connect to the water supply. The waste water is led into the drain with the drain clamp.
