Terrario Natural Nukak Coconut Fibre Substrate, 5 l

Terrario Natural Nukak is a very fine coconut fibre substrate from the Heart of the Jungle series with added perlite.

It suits all types of terrarium, especially tropical ones, for small animals that like humidity: spiders, insects and selected reptiles and amphibians. It can also be used in paludariums, jar forests and as a growing medium for tropical plants.

Coconut fibre absorbs and holds moisture well, so the substrate works in both humid and dry terrariums. The added horticultural perlite stores water and releases it again, so the substrate dries out much more slowly and plants reach water more easily. Perlite also loosens the substrate. The substrate is hermetically packed right after harvesting, and the pack holds 5 l, about 500 g of substrate.
