Terrario Brasil Wetlands Coconut Fibre Terrarium Substrate

Terrario Brasil Wetlands is a fine coconut fibre substrate from the Heart of the Jungle series for the terrarium floor.

It suits all types of terrarium, especially tropical ones, for small and medium-sized animals that like humidity: spiders, insects and selected reptiles and amphibians. It can also be used in paludariums, jar forests and as a growing medium for tropical plants.

Coconut fibre absorbs and holds water and moisture well, so the substrate works in both dry and humid terrariums. According to the manufacturer it contains no artificial dyes, fertilisers, loosening agents or preservatives. The substrate is hermetically packed right after harvesting. The 4 l pack holds 4–5 l and the 7 l pack 7–8 l, about 650 g of substrate.

Before use, place the substrate in warm water for about 30 minutes.
