Terrario Buffalo Red Valley Alder Chip Terrarium Substrate, Medium

Terrario Buffalo Red Valley is a natural terrarium floor substrate of selected medium-sized alder chips.

The manufacturer recommends it for dart frogs and tree frogs such as Hyla cinerea, large lizards such as bearded dragons, land tortoises such as Horsfield's tortoise, all arachnids such as Davus fasciatus, chameleons such as Chamaeleo calyptratus, all snakes such as Pantherophis guttatus, and mammals, including large and small rodents.

The chips are 3–8 mm and sorted by size. Alder chips absorb moisture well. Their natural structure goes well with roots, stones and plants in naturalistic layouts. Available as a 5 l pack and as 10 l (2 × 5 l) and 15 l (3 × 5 l) sets.
