Microbe-Lift AIP-Away – Aiptasia Remover

Microbe-Lift AIP-Away is a treatment for the targeted removal of Aiptasia (glass anemones) and can be used in any saltwater aquarium. The included dosing syringe lets you apply it precisely to the anemone; according to the manufacturer, used as directed it leaves corals and other tank inhabitants unaffected.

Switch off the flow pumps before dosing. Using the syringe, apply 0.1–0.2 ml (depending on the size of the Aiptasia) to its oral disc without touching it, and switch the pumps back on after about 15 minutes. Treat no more than 5–10 Aiptasia per day, depending on size. Rinse the syringe and cannula under tap water after each use.
