Full description
Aquaforest AF Energy is a concentrated, highly nutritious coral supplement made from natural extracts.
It is intended for all types of corals in a marine aquarium, especially SPS corals.
It contains unsaturated omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, vitamins, amino acids and an extract of specially selected zooplankton. According to the manufacturer, it limits the growth of zooxanthellae and brings out the bright pastel colours of SPS corals. Because of its acidic reaction, the manufacturer recommends using AF Build on the same day to stabilise the pH.
The manufacturer recommends 1 drop per 100 l of water every other day after lights out, undiluted. A dosing pump can be used if it dispenses drops. Switch the skimmer off for about an hour during feeding, and once opened keep the bottle in the fridge if the temperature exceeds 24 °C.
Available in 10 ml and 50 ml packs.
