Aquaforest AF Amino Mix Coral Amino Acids

Aquaforest AF Amino Mix is a concentrated amino acid supplement that, according to the manufacturer, prevents coral bleaching and brings out coral colours.

It is intended for corals in marine aquariums. The manufacturer notes that the use of strong protein skimmers often leads to a shortage of amino acids.

The blend is based, among others, on biotin, alanine, glutamine, leucine, lysine and serine. According to the manufacturer, it increases the amount of zooxanthellae, which support the production of photosynthetic pigments.

The manufacturer recommends adding 1 drop per 100 l of water every other day after the lights go out, directly into the aquarium and undiluted. Start with half or a quarter of the dose, watch how the corals react and switch the skimmer off for about an hour during feeding. If the temperature exceeds 24 °C, keep the opened bottle in the fridge.

Available in 10 ml and 50 ml packs.
