Kruger Meier FlowPure Pro is an external canister prefilter that catches dirt before the main filter and reduces clogging.
It suits external filters with 16/22 mm or 16/20 mm hoses and a flow rate of 300–1500 l/h for model 1600 or 500–2000 l/h for model 2700.
Model 1600 has an internal capacity of 1.6 l and measures 15 × 13 × 30 cm with valves. Model 2700 has an internal capacity of 2.7 l and measures 18 × 16 × 35 cm. As a prefilter, model 1600 suits aquariums of 70–120 l and model 2700 aquariums of 100–350 l. With a separately bought water pump it also works as a standalone filter for 50–100 l and 70–250 l aquariums respectively. The transparent body shows how dirty the prefilter is, and the lid closes with clips and a rubber seal.
The detachable valves let you disconnect the prefilter for cleaning without draining the water.
The set includes three filter sponges of different grades and bioballs.
