The AquaEL Sponge PAT Mini Dense is an original replacement sponge for the AquaEL PAT Mini filter. It is made of carefully selected phenol-free foam: it traps visible dirt and suspended matter and is a surface for nitrifying bacteria. It is a denser version than the standard PAT Mini sponge.
The manufacturer recommends replacing the sponges regularly and rinsing them only in old water drained from the aquarium during a water change.
The pack contains one sponge.
