The AquaEL FI5 Axle is the rotor shaft (Ultramax shaft) for Ultramax 1000, 1500 and 2000 external filters made from 01.08.2023 and for the Ultramax BT. In the manufacturer's spare parts catalogue it is part no. 16 (art. 132205).
According to the manufacturer, the Ultramax's ceramic rotor shaft helps the filter run almost silently. It carries the rotor in the pump chamber (rotor set sold separately).
