The AquaEL Miniboost is one of the smallest membrane air pumps, with output smoothly adjustable by a knob. It aerates aquarium water and can also drive sponge filters in a shrimp tank or when raising fry.
There are two models – Miniboost 100 for aquariums up to 100 l (100 l/h, 1.8 W, head 60 cm, 8.6 × 5.3 × 4.9 cm) and Miniboost 200 for aquariums of 150–200 l (two outlets of 100 l/h each, 2.4 W, 70 cm). Both take 4/6 mm airline. According to the manufacturer, the membrane is particularly durable and lasts a long time without replacement.
Turn the knob to match the air output even to a very small aquarium. The manufacturer recommends an air pump in every freshwater aquarium, even when the filter has an aeration function. The pump is made in Poland.
