YOKUCHI Gen Nano K Potassium Liquid Potassium Fertiliser 30 ml

YOKUCHI Gen Nano K Potassium is a liquid potassium fertiliser for aquarium plants.

It is made for planted aquariums, where according to the manufacturer potassium has to be added. The most common sign of a potassium shortage is holes in the leaves, which start as small dots, often with a yellowish rim, and gradually grow larger. New growth stays small and leaves drop.

Potassium is a macronutrient that activates enzymes and takes part in the plant's osmoregulation and nitrogen metabolism. According to the manufacturer, it encourages plants to branch and form new stems. The signs of a shortage appear first on older leaves. The fertiliser is based on substances of organic origin that are readily available to plants. The bottle holds 30 ml, enough for up to 3300 l of aquarium water.

Dose 1 drop per 5 l of water daily, preferably near the filter outlet. With many plants, increase the dose accordingly.
