Juwel Pump Eccoflow

The Juwel Eccoflow is Juwel's new-generation circulation pump, optimised for the Juwel filter system. We stock the Eccoflow 500, 600 and 1000; the manufacturer's compatibility table shows which Juwel aquariums each pump suits.

The Eccoflow 500 delivers 500 l/h at 5.5 W with a 139 cm cable; the Eccoflow 600 gives 600 l/h at 7 W with a 238 cm cable; the Eccoflow 1000 gives 1000 l/h at 8 W with a 238 cm cable. The dual-bearing impeller is matched to the motor, which according to the manufacturer makes it run particularly smoothly. A bypass flow keeps the impeller chamber clean continuously and automatically. The pumps are VDE certified.

The manufacturer recommends cleaning the pump regularly and replacing the wear parts – impeller, axle and rubber bearings – every 12 months. With a new filter, allow for a 6–8 week run-in period.
