Aquaforest AF Air Scrubber Media CO2 Absorbent 2 l

AF Air Scrubber Media is a CO2-absorbing medium for the AF Air Scrubber reactor, which cleans the air drawn in by a protein skimmer. The white, dry pellets fill the chamber tightly while still letting air through. According to the maker's tests, used in the AF Air Scrubber it can raise pH by about 0.2–0.4 and keep it within 8.0–8.4. The pellets turn purple as they absorb CO2; replace the media before the colour has changed completely or when pH starts to drop. It is single-use and cannot be regenerated, and spent media left in the reactor too long may change colour back but no longer removes CO2. It can be used together with Carbon.

Wear gloves when changing the media and work in a well-ventilated room. For aquarium use only, not for human consumption. Keep out of the reach of children in a cool, dry place away from direct light.
