An aquarium background covers the back glass, which would otherwise show the wall, cables and hoses. A plain backdrop also calms the fish, as they no longer see movement behind the tank. All of this makes the aquarium look finished and tidy.

The range includes double-sided poster backgrounds with a different design on each side: black and blue, plants and ocean, rocks and plants, or roots and water. There is also a tall double-sided background for large tanks and a black and white one in several sizes. Cut the background to size with scissors.

Before fixing it, clean and dry the back glass carefully. Taping only the edges leaves a gap where dust and moisture collect; background adhesive gives a more even result. Fit the background before filling the tank, while the back is easy to reach.
