Tetra Tortoise is a staple food for the species-appropriate feeding of all tortoises, young and adult alike. It is also suitable for green iguanas and other herbivorous reptiles. The recipe is matched to the nutritional needs of tortoises and contains dietary fibre and a vitamin and mineral complex.

Ingredients are derivatives of vegetable origin, fish and fish derivatives, minerals, and molluscs and crustaceans. The ratios of fibre to protein and of calcium to phosphorus are balanced. The 250 ml tub holds 50 g of food.

Analytical constituents: Crude protein 9 %, crude fat 1 %, crude fibre 27 %, moisture 8 %, calcium 0.6 %, phosphorus 0.3 %.

Additives: Vitamins: vitamin A 4 410 IU/kg, vitamin D3 184 IU/kg.

Feeding instructions: Moisten the pellets before feeding. Give only as much as the tortoises eat within twelve hours. Add leaf lettuce and fresh herbs to the diet. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
