Microbe-Lift Gel Filter – Filter Starter

Live-bacteria filter starter gel for seeding new or restarted filters. Speeds up safe biological cycling in freshwater and saltwater aquariums.

Spread the gel directly onto the filter cartridge, pads or media (into each corner of a cartridge), let it soak in for 1–2 hours, then put it back in the filter. Repeat each time you clean or replace the media. Bacteria act more slowly in saltwater, so use more gel there.
