Full description
The Chihiros Dosing Flow Adapter fits on the hose of an external filter and connects a fertiliser dosing line directly to the filter.
It suits planted aquariums where fertilising is automated with a dosing pump, and works with many common external filters.
The fertiliser mixes with the filtered water and is distributed evenly throughout the aquarium. No separate diffusers, extra tubing inside the tank or changes to the layout are needed. The adapter is made of durable PETG and silicone, which resist chemicals. Versions are available for filter hose with a 12 mm and a 16 mm inner diameter, and the fertiliser line takes 2/4 mm tubing.
Fit the adapter on the external filter hose and connect the dosing pump tube to it. Installation does not involve the tank itself, and the adapter is just as easy to remove.
